I don’t usually give bad reviews but if I could give this place a no star I would. It was my first time and last time I would order from here. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I work in a similar industry. There was a women and a man with a beard both with the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. The person after me ordered their food right away while I waited for some soggy and cold onion rings. The portions of their food don’t even fill the boxes they came in, mind you I’ve order from others Popeyes. Not to mention the man with the beard was touching my food and cash register at the same time. He had gloves in the beginning while there was grease touching the money and then took them off just to touch more food. I highly don’t recommend this place and I hope their food safety is taken care of.

Ordered blackened chicken sandwich meal, the guy gave me the oldest fries- I couldn’t even bite them-they were so hard …. Chicken patty was not fresh too… Disappointed

Nice place, but for stores that are linked they need to be more knowledgeable about the deals because debating back and forth about what is advertised is a turn off. All locations knew of this 10 piece dark meat deal but this location. I was told I needed a coupon over and over but in the end the guy was nice enough to give me the deal but I was already frustrated and didn’t enjoy my food. Please insure your staff knows the ins and outs of the business otherwise advertising it is pointless. Here is a picture of the ritson and Adelaide location. I see nothing about needing a coupon. This is a GREAT deal by the way and chicken is always well flavoured.

Opens at 11am….doors were still locked at 11:15, and I get dirty looks from the staff when I knocked. Start hiring quality staff and you’ll get quality work for your business. I won’t be back….

Stop giving free drinks for posting good reviews. Your service is horrible. I don't understand why the top level managers in this outlet itself act weird. They don't deserve to work in these sectors.Learn to be polite.Btw I will give 5 stars for the food.

Worst Customer Service among all Popeyes. I ordered Ghost pepper wings , firstly they took 15 minutes instead of their 7-8 mins promise, then when I brought it home it was all over fried, I took it back they started teaching how this wings are their standard frying level. Never ever going to this location. I’d rather drive Ajax or Pickering for Popeyes as I had better experience there.

Stay Away From This Location!Purchased 2 chicken sandwiches and both were rancid and disgusting. The breading was the equivalent of a stale graham cracker and it was a soggy sad mess. The chicken had probably been left out under a hot lamp for hours. This is so gross. Owners should be ashamed. Took one bite out of each sandwich and both went right into the garbage.

Delta minis had chicken cold and hard, I came to return and asked him didn’t you check before giving. His reply,” No I just took it from tray and wrapped it up for you” I asked for refund , he says ohh I will have to find where is your order but before that there are many orders. Anyways I don’t want the money, I want my food hot and that’s what I pay for , let your staff know this who is not even sorry
