No trust in this company whatsoever, especially in Canada. They're unwilling to operate accordingly but like to charge customers full price. It's an unfortunate situation, and one that I hope will resolve soon. They delay packages all the time, especially Mirabel & Lachine, the two worst by far in terms of logistics. Get your act together UPS!

Driver chose customer not available and redirect parcel to the ups store without even come to my house. It take two days to deliver a parcel to a ups store 390m away from my house. Avoid UPS at your best.
