Wish I could give 10 stars! Amazing family owned business. My now husband, purchased my engagement ring here. They spent a lot of time picking out the diamond, setting and really listened to what he had envisioned. The staff helped him find the perfect ring that I will proudly wear for the rest of my life. They take their time, make you feel welcome and genuinely listen. Unmatched, incredible service. So thankful for them and the amazing work they do!

I had the best experience with them. They helped my fiancée design my dream ring. They were so kind and helpful from the second he walked in! They gave me not only the perfect ring but the best customer service and experience. I got a beautiful bride gift basket and the best explanation of cleaning and how to move forward! Always a great place to shop! Love their new location. The only thing that bothers me (being a drafting tech/designer) is the road side sign (Hwy 16) is upside down. Anyone in signage should have addressed this. Always, start from the bottom up; but this is irrelevant with this store, as their staff are excellent and go above and beyond. Kudos to your new location and beautiful building.

What an amazing store and staff! I recently received an engagement ring purchased at the new store. My fiance told me they needed me to go in and have the maintenance schedule explained.. went in empty handed and left with a super cute mug and gift basket filled with goodies from local businesses. My kids were with me and the staff explained the 4Cs to my 6 and 11 year olds with such patience and didnt mind that they literally wanted to look at every piece of jewelry in the place. Highly recommend!

Not impressed. Drove hour and and a half to pick up a repair and 5 mins after close the lady wouldn’t even open the door to talk to me. Was planning on buying a 20 year anniversary ring for my wife from there. Not anymore. Like what happened to small town compassion.Update- The owner has contacted me personally to explain the situation. They have protocols in place which I can see being important for their business. I still am disappointed in the situation but I understand. They are trying to make it right.

We were looking for something less traditional and his expertise, open mindedness, and positivity made the journey to our perfect rings exciting and rewarding! I got a watch as a gift before moving to Lloydminster, every time I have an issue with it I bring it to Richardson's and they always help me quickly and inexpensively. (Once they even fixed it for free!)I will exclusively be going to them for all future purchases and repairs!
