Huge selection of juice, decent selection of vape devices and they carry every flavour from Mr. Fog if you like those disposable vapes (very flavorful)Only thing to mention, some products they carry aren't available at other shops, so keep on mind when buying a device. I personally live out of town and the shop in my town doesn't carry any pods for Vapresso vapes, so I have to exclusively buy replacement coils from them.

Let me start by saying I used to frequently go here, but never again. About 3 weeks ago I went to buy a new vape I explained to the clerk I wanted and upgrade from my current device. He pointed out a device I asked if that was a better version than my current and he agreed. I finally got home unpacked it, tried it out and then I realize this guy sold me the previous model unit when I asked for the new upgrade. So next day I go in ask for exchange, not a refund but was told NO. I asked several times politely and was refused by the guy working (manager at the time). Made me feel very Disappointed as the unit was rather cheap 50$ and I was a regular there. So needless to say I’ll never ever step foot into a cold turkey nor will I ever refer any of my friends to shop there due to the lack of customer appreciation. With shops treating there community regulars like this it will only be a matter of time before your customers find another vape store to go to I can promise you that. I reached out to the owner and he said I could swap it through email, but I decided to stick with my initial decision to not shop at cold turkey from the experience I had, and now my 60$+ a week or more can go to a business that knows how to treat there customers, respect goes both ways at the end of the day I’m not the one out of a customer. Cold turkey is. I hope the manager can teach his employees how valuable each of there customers opinions are and treat them better in the future.
