Booked an appointment to have my 2017 Fiesta ST looked at. Day of appointment they questioned why I brought it in and had not kept accurate record for why I had an appointment.After a test drive they told me the engine noise is normal and that they wouldn't look at it.Research online and a quick check from another Ford dealer say otherwise.Service desk employees are extremely rude and the mechanic who test drove was all over the map with what he knew about Fiesta STs. Don't waste your time going here. Garbage dealership.
