My experience in company as an employee was great. They provided neat and positive work environment. However, after 3 days form my joining as a trainee they called me off without a valid reason. moreover they tried to put the blame on me for not asking too many questions. This is the most unacceptable reason when working as a trainee. I would like to mention that i had experience in with the similar machines and my trainer never complained about me. Even after that the plant manager who never saw me or my work sent me a cancellation Email. my only concern was that they should have told me about their expectations at-least once.So disappointed by their judgement behavior.
