We ordered veggie lovers pizza of the day . The female employee, (with Indian accent) gave us the wrong order and then called back ,blaming us that why didn’t we tell her right there that this is the wrong order. She blamed us of lying. We asked her name on the phone, she said no. We went back to the shop with the wrong order, in rain and the way she spoke with us in a way that can’t be described here. She was extremely rude, no empathy,no apologies and instead rolled her eyes and started blaming us again, in front of her manager. Her attitude was through the roof. Worst customer experience ever. Kudos to the store manager for trying his best to calm us down and fix the situation but that employee made it worse. I hope she gets coaching on how to behave with customers. If she continues with this attitude this store is going to lose a lot of customers.

Saturday at 6pm Ordered online .... ready in 15 minutes for pickup , but no worries had to wait an extra 5 minutes ... pizza piping hot, crispy crust, loaded in toppings ... 1 medium supreme & 1 medium meatlover all for $25... and rewards for a free pizza ... great pizza!

I was going to place an order online but decided that I was better off picking it up myself. After going through the order over the phone, the lady tried charging me for the additions when they were free on the website under the Game Day Combo. She explained that they're going to charge for the additional toppings for in store pickup. Normally, I will always try and support small businesses in Beaumont, but not with this business any time soon.

Best and fresh veggie pizza again. We order veggie pizza in different style such as thin crust, normal and pan style and they always have been the best. I was little hesitant to order delivery after seeing the reviews but my experience have been very consistent and pleasent. You have to remember that most people want to work hard and it doesnt depend upon where they are from or how they look. Thank you Pizza Hut Beaumont and new management/owner/ employees.

When I placed my order in Beaumont Alberta location, before hanging up a female employee with a heavy East Indian accent swears at me before hanging up the phone, why because I asked why their pizza cost so much more then the Edmonton location? I felt like price the owners or employees are price gouging!!. No customer service , people with heavy accents very difficult to communicate with them. If there was a zero star that is what they deserve, never going to order from this location.

Was a loyal customer , I try to stop by here than the one in ellersie even tho Ellersie was better for me to stop by less driving .But the owner was nice ,Recently order a pizza the dough was raw I called in let him know he offer a free replacement.I order again for the free replacement and he said he doesn’t remember telling me he’s giving me a free replacement.First and last time coming here , been a loyal customer I even told my family about this place to keep supporting won’t be doing anymore .

This place got our order wrong and sent us uncooked food. When we called they added a pizza to our account and said I could order it any time in the next 6 months but I would have to call in to make an order. We are pretty loyal customers and order from this store quite frequently. I called to order the pizza with some other things and they didn't honor it. They lost good customers over max $30. Good job Pizza Hut Beaumont! Way to be super cheap.

Ever since they got new owners the place has been bad. I’ve been ordering for 2 yrs and now all of the sudden the workers have been rude. The person I talked to on the phone hung the phone up on me and was extremely rude. He was working April 19th 2023 at 5:00pm I hope something is done about this

Something was odd with my pizza crust. They didn't cut it and it was super thin even though I didn't order thin crust. It's probably the worst pizza I've have from a pizza hut.
