Cole and willow are amazing!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They both went out of there way to help me. Without making me feel dumb for asking questions. I was also very surprised to find out they carry some older versions of tanks and batteries. U can't find anywhere else in red deer. This is definitely my new vape store! I highly recommend even for people just new too vaping.

The manager of the store is one of the kindest human beings I have ever had the pleasure of talking to! She is so kind and friendly and does her best to help me find exactly what I need. I really love going to this store specifically for the customer service but also for their wide selection of juices! Absolutely looooove this store.

Very informative and willing to help, I had been to 3 other shops looking for a product and they all told me they didn't have it and had no idea of what would be comparable to the vape I was looking for. Cole at EZ-vape was the only one to be willing to help me out.

The staff here are beyond amazing and so incredibly helpful. If you have questions on anything they are very knowledgeable and take their time explaining things to you without rushing you out the door. They also have a great product selection. Highly recommend!

Used to work near this establishment and constantly coming in to see employee's vaping and smoke in air especially the one overweight fellow working afternoons, all in all very unprofessional staff and regulations advise going anywhere else
