What is the obsession with DVD's all over the store, taking up space and tossing out VHS tapes. Very rarely does anyone buy a DVD movie.

They got rid of their fitting rooms. They tell you if the clothes don't fit you have 15 days to return them. When you go to return then you find out you can only exchange them. Then you can't find clothes you want and are out money. That is the scam. This is a charity scamming people. Luckily the money isn't a big deal to me, but I wonder about the low income people just scraping by who have no choice but to shop at thrift stores. I will never shop at salvation army again because of this.

Very clean and well organized store. There are always lots of cool things to find only downside is have to be careful with electronics bought a couple of devices from here that didn't work but they were extremely nice when it came to exchanging them!

Although some good deals to be had, which is why people go to thrift stores. The pricing is getting higher and higher. Many items are priced to high, priced by well known brand rather than condition. Except dishes which are priced by size not quality or condition. Found dollarama items that were priced double the original price.Store is well laid out, staff are friendly and helpful.

I have mixed feelings about this store but nevertheless its my preferred Salvation Army to shop at. Recently I went in to find the prices increased astronomically from when I remembered. I feel a lot of thrift stores are taking advantage of this and increasing their prices. Most clothes still go to the landfills regardless and I often wonder why this isn't avoided by reducing prices modestly so more sells. Regardless, you can usually find a handful of good items but you'll be sorting through a lot of overpriced nonsense. The positives is the environment and staff, honestly the best in the business. Find a few good sales but be warned, prices have doubled!

I'm new to country and so I've never been to a salvation army store. I wanted to get some t-shirts and asked a staff member how returns work here, since there's changing room on site and she said that I've 10days to do so. Then at the check out I just made sure that I remembered correctly and asked again that I've 10 days to return them in case they don't fit which is what he confirmed. So I got home with 6 t-shirts, tried them on and saw that only 2 of them actually fitted correctly. So I got back to the store to return the other four. Here I was told that they do returns but only exchanges, meaning that I can get something else worth the same price. So why was told then before by two employees that I can return them? I think that's unacceptable especially in a place like this. Now I've to wonder around in the other store hoping that I can find something and of not, then I paid a good 40$ on two t-shirts. Never again!

Always nice staff which made me decide to donate to this location Feb 3rd clothing, books, and expensive cologne (Guess + Prada) I can't use (sensitivity). All items hard for me to release. Books I could've sold to Russell's, some bought in the last few months with price still on them.Old man taking donations was rude and lied repeatedly: 1) said they don't take books, which I know is untrue as I bought one from their donations on Jan 13 (Jim Crow book in image). I told him. He angrily said, It slipped through the cracks!" 2) said no one is taking books due to Covid. That was true last spring (?!). Books are now a top thrift seller 3) said their warehouse (?!) is full. I've been here enough to see they bring items inside. Bookshelves were empty of good books as they'd just had a sale.He wanted to pick through the box to see what items he wanted. I said

Women using the mirror that's in the media area, trying on clothes, taking pictures and conducting online sales (before they've even purchased them), as if they own the entire area, blocking anyone from wanting to look at anything. This isn't the clothing area. FFS. These people don't wanna move when politely asked and give a real dirty look. Who came up with the great idea of putting the mirror there?

Large spacious and well laid out and organized thrift shop! Staff was good and helpful. Prices were mostly fair but some items were on the high side. Overall a good experience!
