I went on a Tuesday morning, there was only one person waiting ahead of me when I arrived. The woman who helped me was fast, efficient, and friendly. Great service.

Chose this location because the other one in Guelph has terrible reviews.All the good reviews here seem to be true. Service was quick and people were pleasant. I was there for an hour to get a new health card and I had all the documents ready so it only took 5 minutes or so once my number was called.5 years later to renew license and health card.Took 10 minutes, no line up.

Very friendly staff there. I am going to switch my health card & car license plate from outside province to Ontario, a beautiful lady with glasses helps me with that, a smile is always on her face, only several minutes everything is done. Thanks to her, today is a wonderful day for me.
