Jon Dowhaluk Is the best in his profession if you ask me. He has gone over the top to represent me in my case. Chelsea Scott was very helpful in resolving my termination without cause. She reviewed the details to give me direction and made herself available for questions and future situations. She was able to keep my costs as low as possible and provided clear options for future costs and options dependant upon my former employers responses and what I wanted to pursue. I would absolutely contact her again with future employment issues. This was my second termination without cause and it was handled much quicker and effectively than my first experience. Stay clear. They f'd up my wrongful dismissal case , ran up the charges, gave bad advice, f'd my settlement, then when I ran out of money the abandoned me. This should have been a no brainer. Don't go anywhere near these people, they don't work for their clients, they work to max out their fees. I wanted to settle many times and when I pushed for them to accept the settlement the sabotaged it .Nothing good to say about them, and their bandit lawyers

My lawyer was very helpful in explaining items to me where I had questions. He used other examples of situations that were similar to what I was going through. He also explained the legal document in more normal person terms so I could understand what was being said and how to go about things. The assistants were also quick with their email responses.I would definitely recommend this law firm for any and all employment related questions, concerns, and resolutions.
