A&w is awesome but the customer service at the gas station is terrible. Pay at the pump would be nice so you wouldn't have to interact with the rude guy behind the counter.

Who would have known stopping for gas at this Esso would be where the birthplace of Winnie the Pooh was. Had no idea bit so happy we lucked out and happened to stop here. Wish it was advertised or signage a bit more.

Great location for rest on Hwy 17 after long drive from Winnipeg. Friendly staff with very clean washrooms. Plenty of selection of gift items with reasonable price.

Gift shop staff was so nice they have a bunch of really cool things in here. Staff even helped us track down the one and only postcard in the store. But fear not the are all loaded up w beautiful cards and art card and everyone go try a sandwich there. Ps you can open the door to the sandwiches for your self lol but we got two really good home made sandwiches. Thanks for all the help thanks for the friend attitude

There's not much to say about white Lake... Its a stopping point. But it does offer a break from a long drive. It offers a patch of grass to walk your dog and a park for the kids. It has a decent convenience store and an A&W which was quite good. Make sure you gas up... There are few spots after this point.

Don't try to use the air compressor to pump up your tires. Changed a 5 for loonies through the gas attendant. Machine ate 2 loonies, wouldn't work, and when I asked for a refund from the gas attendant, he claimed the air compressor had nothing to do them. Such terrible customer service, we'll never buy gas from them again...

On your way home , just have a look the nice selections of perfumes. Those are so valuable as Christmas gifts for your loved once. Clean wash room and right beside A & W restaurant also. You don't need to go anywhere else for your groceries.
