Friends and family recommended I see Jon at UB Hearing. He is a patient and kind professional. After completing my hearing test, he tried 2 options of aids. We both agreed that I was not ready for aids. I felt no pressure, and will definitely return to purchase when I am ready. His prices are reasonable and his goal is to have happy clients.

From the hearing test, which included testing my hearing with ambient noise, to follow-up appointments, my experience at UBHearing could not have been better. I had put off getting hearing aids for three reasons:1. Almost no one I knew with hearing aids was completely satisfied with the comfort level and sound control. Most avoided wearing them unless absolutely necessary.2. The astronomical price.3. The strong suspicion that the high cost was a ripoff.
