Can I give 0 stars? Do not go here if you need help, do not go here is you are told to go here to talk to someone. They are the most unhelpful service Ontario Centre in Durham. The staff are rude and belittle the people they are supposed to help. I was there because after calling Ministry of Transportation I was told to go in person to which they said I was lying. I asked for the person helping" us for her name and she refused. Poorly run

My husband went to collect his suspended driving license after the suspension date was done , the lady at the counter did not know how to handle the situation at all. On the first day of suspension when he went to pay to reinstated his license the lady at the counter did not give my husband any information how to go through the process now after one month of suspension when my husband goes back the lady tells my husband you should have known better and go to the main office I will not serve you here .I mean its very disappointing this people working in this offices needs to update there knowledge how to deal with the situation and should have given my husband a correct information how to go through the process now my husband has to wait one more month until he gets his license back .. Is there anyone else who experienced the same thing and if so have please share information. .

Have everything ready, and it is a breeze to get your passport done. The line went quickly, and everyone was super. On Friday, the power went out, and I returned today with no issues. Very organized and efficient.

The worst service Ontario location we have ever seen in Ontario for New commersI was given hard time for no reason for health card renewal but with the same documents I went other Service Ontario location and they accepted it without asking any question.

Rude staff, don’t bother going to this location. The manager is also useless and arrogant.

Worst experience. Extremely rude staff and the manager is the worst! She has zero customer service skills. They are not helpful and could care less about helping others. GO to another location. Avoid this place.

Service was good, didn't have to wait long

I had the worst experience with this red hair old lady at Oshawa location at service Ontario today. She has zero customer service skills and it’s time for her to retire cause she would look much better laughing at the customers while sitting at home. I don’t know how some people are so unhappy in life that they bring it to work.
