I was Impressed with the Level of Noise there is Being so close to Such a Busy road. High Traffic area and Minimal noise :) The Convince of Being Right next on a Major bus route Really helped. Also Shopping is NOT Far from the main location. Was a Quiet and Peaceful area. Clean and quiet neighbors in a Peaceful i Enjoyed my stay

Nice townhouse though it looks old. Great community for kids to play and run around. Price is not bad at all. The caretaker Bev is a nice lady and always ready to help.

The caretaker Bev is absolutely amazing. Bev knows how to get things done and is very much on top of everything within our townhouse unit and the complex overall. This is by far the best experience I have had with a caretaker or landlord!The complex is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. We are close to St. Mary's road but there isn't too much traffic noise because there are trees between us and the traffic. It is along the river which is beautiful.I cannot express how grateful I am for the hard work Bev and Fred put in every single day.

The area is nice quiet place and river side. Good place to leave but very expensive.
