This facility is top-notch. It is clean and well organized. Helpful, friendly staff as well. They take care of everything or any extras that you might need. If you’ve never used storage before, this facility is the one for you. For the price, it’s comparable to the others, but the ease of the whole experience made it worth it. I would highly recommend Guelph Public Storage facility on Elizabeth Street. Many thanks to the staff! Great job!

Property staff Raquel and Jervin were great! They made sure I got the right storage unit for my needs, and at a great price. They explained the rental process to me very clearly and answered all my questions so that I could rent with confidence. The facility is clean, well-kept, and very easy to access. Highly recommended!

Friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful staff. Very accommodating and most understanding.Terrific prices, and transparent billing.The facility itself is immaculate, and the bathrooms are very clean. The units are large and are equipped with very nice doors. The garage doors from which you enter the building are large, and many moving carts and dollies are available for use. You are given a code which you use to enter the premises on either side of the building. Surveillance is ubiquitous, and it is quite apparent that the building's security is taken very seriously.Four star review, because it is somewhat challenging at times to locate a service rep at the front desk. I have waited for long periods at times, with no response or acknowledgement from staff.All in all, I recommend this establishment highly.

I needed a secure spot to store my vehicle since I was going out of the country for an extended period of time. I found the public storage website and arranged a spot for my car. The personnel at public storage were extremely friendly and helpful. The site is very clean and I had no problems entering or leaving. I would certainly use their facility again.

Great experience with the staff, both on the phone and in the office. They gave helpful and concise information, were knowledgeable about the facility and its policies. The facility itself is easy to access but is very secure. As well, it is very clean.

i’ve had a storage unit here for a few months and now the price has went up to “maintain the facilities” which is garbage in my opinion.what are they maintaining? the fully automated gate???they have limited hours and you can’t use the dumpster without getting a staff member. not worth the money. Sadly i don’t have extra space so i have to store my stuff here which is unfortunate because its a total rip off.

We were greeted with a smile and taken care of very professionally. The facility is very well kept and clean. The lock up and security is a great comfort and the hours of availability to our storage unit works perfectly for us.Highly recommended.
