The Adidas outlet store at Vaughan Mills is a decent outlet store to visit for mens and womens apparel. The selection is limited due to it being a small outlet location but overall good enough. The store follows Covid-19 protocols and ensures the limited capacity is followed. For basic Adidas clothing at the normal price point, this store is great!

Here’s the proof of my bad customer service by the lady. The mall closes at 7 pm and it was 6:55 pm plus the door was open. She kicked me out of the store 5 minutes prior and was very rude to me. Please improve your customer service and be kind to them.

I found one staff who works in the changing room, Parth B, was very frendly and helpful. He found what I want and searched my size and my prefered color for me. Whereas other staff were not even bother to check for me and just told me that on sale items were all there.I really appreciated for his help and I bought two items from this store. However, I will not go to this store anymore...

Disappointed. We got shoes for brother, what was too small for him. They did not have bigger sizes, so we decided to buy some pants instead. We picked a lot of pants for them to say that their changeroom full of boxes. They lost customer there right away, as we could not try anything. At the end we got all we needed at the competitor store.
