I purchased my own home this past winter and there was no other builder that I even thought about buying from then Gatehouse Developments. Seeing the finished product that Gatehouse delivers is one thing, these houses are beautiful throughout, but knowing very well the extra care, effort and cost that went into making sure each house is designed for maximum functionality and built for longevity made me very confident that I was investing in something of exceptional quality. It's a true privileged buying a home from Gatehouse. The Owners treat their employees with the same care and effort that is put into each house. Its very apparent that Mike and Jill are passionate about putting long-term smiles on their clients and employees faces!!

Recently got the keys to our townhome made by Gatehouse.This developer has done an outstanding job building our home.The design and finishing are very well done.We absolutely love the farm house sink in are kitchen.This townhouse complex is unlike any Ive seen on the market.
