I did work for them back in the early 2010s. Of all placement agencies I've worked through they were friendliest and demonstrated concern for my well being.

Been with advantage for nearly a year, been wanting to get into Weston's since i first applied a few years back. advantage gave me the opportunity to get my foot in the door now i am a employee with Weston's. i recommend anyone to reach out to them if you need resources and help to find a career!

Horrible experience can't make this up went there last week to find a job on Monday did all the paperwork called them Thursday of the next week to get a callback saying he lost the paperwork it been two weeks and no call back tired of calling delt with a guy name Nick

Last time I went in I was promessed work for the from one of the agents, later that day I was called up saying they gave the position to someone else...

If you are a good worker, they will get you consistent work. They can't promise full-time permanent work, but they can arrange many varieties of temporary jobs that not only are sufficient for the hours to keep your low-middle class bills paid, but there are possibilities to lead to full-time positions. I could have been hired onto a job or two if I was not going to school.As long as you are respectful to your employers and show up to every job on time without calling sick for a while, and you exceed work expectations, you will be happy with Advantage. Personally, I find it amusing that one of the 1-star raters, was a former coworker of mine with a terrible work ethic and a nasty attitude. Proves my point on character in this company xD.Give Advantage a chance, I have been with them on and off for almost two years and I cannot complain about them directly, sometimes their contracts with businesses fail and it is not AP's fault, all three times that a job that was cancelled on me was because the employer overhired staff, that is not the end of the world... If you are eager for jobs, you will get your money needs going through Advantage Personnel.

They are very friendly and helpful in finding work that is best for you. I enjoy working for this agency.
