We have had prompt and competent service on our PC which had been sold to us by them. Graham had reviewed our needs which includes both personal use and a small business. It was a fit for purpose and reasonably priced and and was set up and ready to go when we took control. If there were questions LCS was able to respond from a remote terminal. He has helped me fix computers, network my business and home as well as help complete odds & ends with just about anything tech. His pricing is more than fair and he is always FAST. If I need him out in the South West of Calgary or even at our business in Inglewood, I would swear he was a teleporter!

Graham is very responsive and very professional. I had a laptop breakdown that I reached out to him on Google Maps about on a Thursday night. Even though he originally was going to look at it on Monday when I told him we were flying out by then he made time for it on Friday.On Friday we dropped off the laptop at 10am, received a call from him by noon, and was able to pick up the laptop by that same afternoon. Graham was very efficient and explained to us what broke and how we could fix it ourselves if we wanted to (not pushy at all about him fixing it or anything like that!). Overall very happy with the whole process!

Whenever my computer got into a mess, I was sure that Graham would repair it, add new things to it and instruct me in a way that I could understand how to go forward in this electronic age. Graham is very professional & knowledgeable.It is wonderful to have our Smart TV working and updated. We highly recommend Local Computer Services. While Graham doesn't profess to be as knowledgeable about Apples as he is with PCs, he always resolved an issue, with either computer. Just as important, Graham is FAST in responding, and efficient. Local Computers offers a friendly and well priced service.
