Christopher(owner) and his team were great. They were on time which is a huge plus for me. They were cheerful even when things didn’t always go right. It took the exact time he told me it would. He has provide wonderful customer service since the installation and I would highly recommend them. If I had to say anything negative they were not the cheapest but so glad I went with them it was worth the extra money.

This was a big purchase for us but we're super happy with how it turned out. We started calling around in January and received a few quotes for different brands before settling on an LG 2 head system. We had alot of questions and Chris was the most responsive by far. When his team showed up for the installation they were all very nice and professional and cleaned up the space when they were done. They even moved all the furniture back into place! However what I appreciated the most was that Chris registered my warranties with LG and helped me submit my rebate request with ENS right on the spot. I would recommend Highlands to anyone who's looking for good service.

From quote through installation, Chris happily answered my 50,000 questions, orchestrated our financing through NSP, educated us on the Greener Homes grants, and so much more, without making me feel like he was too busy for me. I had gotten quotes from 4 different companies - Highlands not only had the best pricing (because of the discounts they provide for multiple units), but an impressive warranty, great timeline for scheduling, and hands down the best service. On our installation day, Chris was here with his team to ensure everything ran smoothly across the board. Highly recommended.

Our new home had oil as the only source of heat. When we moved here in September of 2020, we thought that the oil usage and cost would be bearable but it wasn't the case especially when the temperature started to drop and the oil price went up at the same time in the Winter.It was a hassle free transaction and they covered it end-to-end. From assessing our home to installation and even product warranty registration and Efficiency NS rebate processing, Chris and his team handled it very well.They arrived on time during the installation day and they finished it within a reasonable time. I appreciate the fact they have asked me if I was happy with the locations of the units before they place it permanently. Chris also ensured that I have all the information on how to maintain and take good care of the units.Now, we only use our oil for hot water and we haven't ordered a refill to this day which is great! I am very satisfied with my purchase and I'm looking forward to deal with Chris and his team again in the future for another home energy projects.
