Happy to have included RVPHC, a local home grown resource, as part of our support team for our 93 year old mother, who, during early days of the covid epidemic transferred out of assisted living and into our Cochrane home.The RVPHC team was punctual, kind, knowledgable, and easy to trust with our mother's needs; dementia, mobility, and quite hard of hearing. This private health care company has many qualified and compassionate, caring individuals who work with your senior family members with dignity, respect and a special ability to connect with seniors. They provide very quality service and can make the difficult job of supporting elderly in their own home a truly doable option. While caregivers were wonderful and had lovely bedside manners in the last days of my father’s life, Rockyview’s billing practice left a lot to be desired. A major error in the bill took multiple follow up emails and several weeks following my father’s death to resolve, at a time when it would have been preferable to focus on other tasks.
