Since 2018, Bill has been our go-to person to set up and service our in-house server as well as the desktop and laptop computers we use to run our small business. Whenever we need to call him with a question or for service, he is quick to answer and will often be able stop by our office on the same day. Patient, skillful, and with up-to-date knowledge about our new laptops and operating systems; we are very happy with the consistent service we’ve received over the years.

I want to mention my experiences using CSR on a couple of issues. The first one was an intrusion into my Facebook / messenger accounts. Essentially, it related to high-jacking my account somehow for social media communications from the Eastern Europe / Far East. Bill identified all the sources, removed them, and quickly improved my spam / virus protection. No harm was done, personal identity was not compromised (issue occurred in 2021). The second issue was that I spilt tea on my new MacBook Air, which got under the screen...a shocking realization. Again, consulting with Bill...he patiently instructed me on how to dry out the screen, without requiring any invasive procedures - resolved! CSR will definitely be my go to" pro serves choice
