Frank was exceedingly detailed in his inspection and gave a very detailed report, with pictures at the end. He was available after normal working hours and gave himself plenty of time inspecting each item. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Well for starters Key Home inspections they do what they say.. Frank came out snd inspected 2 homes for me . The first did not pass i am so grateful and the 2nd im in yhe process of buying the home.. Frank did an amazing job on looking and inspected every crack and crevice of the house..If any one i know who will need a home inspection or if u need a home inspection you'll be an great hands with Key Home inspection! !

My wife and went with Frank as an independent home inspector during our house buying process a couple years back. He was incredibly thorough, honest, and fairly priced. Added bonus he came equipped with a card swipe on his phone to make the payment process all the easier.Told me upfront and bluntly about all of the problems of he perceived with house we were looking at while we looked at it, turned on every faucet and shower in the place while flushing toilets so we could see how drainage and the pipes held up, showed me positives and negatives in the house, and offered advice as far as how to mitigate and prepare for any of negatives, while explaining how to preserve the state of the positive aspects about the house, as well.Bottom line, he's friendly and taught me a bunch of stuff to be weary about, prepare for, keep maintained, and prevent against. One year after purchasing, I regret going with this inspection company. I'm a first time home owner and purchased when I was 22. I'm generally a pretty educated consumer but the home buying process was a little overwhelming and fast paced so I was hoping to rely a bit the inspector. I've had to fix four major problems that could have easily been disclosed. Instead of a crack in the siding, I'd like to have known that most of my plumbing was running up hill causing it to back up. Instead of telling me a specific outlet didn't work, I would have liked to known the major defects in my electrical box and the several code violations. Pest inspection came back negative, but it should have came back positive given the nests I've found and the money I've had to spend on sealing the house up. Lastly, the insulation and air sealing was said to be a-okay, but now I once again find myself doing another major job because it was not disclosed. I take most of the blame on this one as I should have respected the inspection process more, however I don't want another young home buyer to go through what I have. Spend the extra 50-100 dollars and get a professional. I could have easily negotiated down given all the major problems had they been disclosed.

I have used Frank for years and he has done a great job as well as being available and flexible with client's schedules. My clients have always had positive feedback in their experience and the quality of the inspection.
