Quality perennials and annuals. Large selection of vegetable plants. Knowledgable staff onsite although often their is not enough staff working to service the many clients with questions and inquiries. Prices are reasonable.

Last year they were great. Today is the second time this year where they don't show up. I had to shovel the end of the driveway to get out tonight. When I complained the first time, no one called back. No call back tonight so far, left a message at 7:40pm. Ottinger passed twice so far today for my neighbors. They sent a letter justifying the rate increase for this year but the service is horrible. They pay zero attention to what they are doing. My cedar is damaged. They fill my trailer with snow....

Snow removal price increased significantly compared to last year but service became very poor. Snow started after midnight and 11am, no removal yet and I got stock. Can’t get out of drive way with more than 15cm snow.Removing sequence is very rare and slow.

Decent selection of annuals, but very few perrenials. They don't take credit cards, cash or debit only.
