I parked on a Sunday afternoon 6 PM and before leaving noticed 2 cars next to me both had window broken and it seems items were stolen ; car owners came and confirmed items were stolen ...I left and decided to look for another garage !!

Pessimaaaa experiência. Você estaciona, paga 18 dólares e tem seu carro arrombado e seus pertences roubados. A empresa Indigo não se responsabiliza pelo prejuízo que você teve porque confiou que seu carro estava protegido. Não estacione em lugares com essa marca Indigo.....ah! Indigo....fiquei Indignada.

Car window broken, laptop stolen. No help from police in this regard. In retrospect, should've seen the reviews earlier. Same incident has been happening for a long time.

Both mirrors smashed off my minivan. What are we paying for at this lot? Certainly not safety. Do not go to Indigo Parking lots. They do not care about the security of your vehicle.

Burglars entered the car and stole everything inside including my mom's pills for her heart condition... If you are paying that amount of money for one hour (18 dollars either if you stay 2 mins or 1 day) you should be protected somehow. I wish I had read the reviews before, but... Who reads reviews of a parking lot!?

Very unsafe place. Left the car just for an hour and got the burglary. Paid for this service. So never use it.
