today is May 28th I went to the drive thruand I ordered 1garlic pastry and one small tea but when I payed my order I feel this is not right price after that I demanded the receipt and then I found out on the receipt they charged me 2 garlic pasterysand after that I said why u charge me 2 and he said oh by mistake and he returned me 3$ but he did not return gst I paid for that he should refund me 2.99 plus gst 0.15 cents but he refunded me only 3$And also I was not impressed with service at allTimhortons should look into this matterthanks

So the drinks were really good. I always get the same thing and it always tastes the same which is nice. But one thing that really bothers me, is that at this specific location only, they put the smallest amount of cream cheese on your bagel. And honestly, I’m not somebody who loves a lot of cream cheese anyways but this was borderline naked. I’d ask for extra cream cheese, but I refuse to pay for ‘extra’ when I haven’t even been given the proper amount in the first place. Every other tim Horton’s location in Airdrie has proper bagels…

We ordered 2 Cilantro-Lime Chicken bowl , pepperoni pizza and chicken wrap, when we get home and eat we realized that some of the ingredients are missing! Feeling disappointed

This locations Staff (3 individuals working) are too busy in the back chit chatting to serve customers in under 20 mins. From our table we could see them hanging out while someone was at the counter, to the point I had to call the location from inside to ask for customer service after the customer had repeatedly called out for service for 15 mins, when I called to ask if someone could come to the front to serve them, I was told one second, an additional 10 minutes went by before she came out, no apology, no discount absolutely no compaction or care. This is repeatedly an issue at this location. We could hear them laughing in the back after the phone call. There needs to be an ADULT or Guardian present as clearly they are incapable of being unsupervised.

They had a debit system error. Said my tap didn’t work, then told me to come in and use the physical card. Decided to pay cash as I’m in a hurry. I saw that it did in fact go through my account. I went back and saw the debit receipts and it said error retry. Manager would not accept my online banking. Told me to wait 3-5 business days to confirm it wouldn’t return. I don’t live in Airdrie. I definitely won’t drive the 2.5 hours for the return. I insisted to be returned the cash I paid and they refused. Even their other receipt didn’t match my order!

Twice in 3 day I was told the latte machine was being cleaned at 7pm. When I asked why it was not cleaned at a less busy time I was snapped at. Person was very rude about it. We will not be going back.

The last 4 times my husband has ordered there they messed up our order.. how do you mess up a bacon breakfast sandwich so bad by putting roast beef and a weird sauce on it and no bacon? Disgusting.. just say you don’t have bacon so we can order something else? The last 3 times they put ham on the sandwich and not bacon.. maybe you need to train someone what bacon is. Telling my husband not to go there anymore. McDonald’s can have our money instead.

I didn't actually go here, but it met all my needs. I actually went to the Canadian tire but I guess I was parked close enough to Timmies that google maps assumed that's where I was.Anyway, Canadian tire was awesome. Got my fishing license in time for Father's day and picked up a sweet sticker to put on my laptop.

Got a double double. I dont really want to drink a coffee that was handed to me with the employee wrapping their hand around the top of the lid, its extremely unhygenic and poor server etiquette to do this.Secondly, I kid you not, the coffee smelled like it was sprayed by a skunk. I noticed it the second the coffee came through the drive thru window, it actually stunk my car up.Took one sip and it tasted like cream and water. Tossed the whole thing and remembered why i stopped buying coffee from fast food joints.

I went to get a ham & cheese sandwich & the lady looked at me weird. I'm vegetarian so I just wanted a cheese sandwich. Also they screwed up my decafe coffee as well. I haven't gone back since.
