Most pubs i have been into with my son. Is allowed till 10pm not here . strictly no kids allowed. I was told by bar staff. I guess that's why it look so dead inside. But this 1 star just for bar. I know some people that work there that are really nice.

I always find what I am looking for. The people working here are very kind and helpful. It has a special place in the community.

Their stuff is very expensive

Guy before closing (May 4, curly brown hair) couldn't count, gave him the last 35 in cash (on 32$ purchase) and he says in broken English I'm not paying your bill.".. he hands me my money back and says 2! 2! Not today! .. I give him a toonie and that was that. Not wanting to break change? What? Never again....."

Fridges aren't cold. If you want lukewarm beer then this is your place. Prices are high. Only good if you have no other options and are going to chill the drinks further at home.

The beer selection is ok. The tallboys have a much better selection. Their craft beer choices aren't amazing. No red racer. They have the normal domestic beers if that's what you need or like, but it's nothing too amazing

The whole transaction process and the experience here was very awkward when checking out my product today (01/11). The person at the register was a taller older man. I had to ask him first, if he needed to see my ID and there was no answer, so I just gave it to him anyways (still no response). After I paid I said thank you and again there was no response. I thought maybe he couldn't hear me but he responded to the man next to me. I am a female in my early 20's and also Asian. I don't know if these were factors that affected how his customer service is. But if it is, it is extremely disappointing, disgusting and unacceptable. Overall my experience felt unprofessional, unpleasant, and judged. I will never go there again.

Friendly staff who are happy to help! Tall boy cans of craft beer are in good rotation and always chilled, though most inventory is quite basic. I mostly shop here for convenience
