I had a wonderful customer service experience booking my storage unit. The call centre agent Meg) over the phone worked diligently to help meet my very tight timeline. She went above and beyond to solidify the date I needed and ensured everything was set up for the delivery of the bin. I also had a great experience after I booked the unit when trying to make changes to my booking. The customer service manager (Luciano) was quick to help me and ensured everything was clearly communicated. They were pleasant and thorough for the whole experience. I would one hundred percent recommend them to anyone and would use this company again for storage needs.

Absolutely the best service provided by Miranda @ PUPS Portable Storage! I needed an urgent storage solution. When the storage unit that I thought I needed wasn't available (due to high volume), Miranda found me an even better solution. Great service, in time and professional. Container was clean. The only hic, I was suppose to get a $75 for the referral of a new client and after 2 long phone calls I haven't had the confirmation of this money coming in... Still waiting! Otherwise it would of been a 5 star.
