The customer service associate that I dealt with was awesome. They were quick on responses and made me knowledgable about my situation. This team went above and beyond what they needed to do, for example they replaced my windshield wipers and cleaned up a bit of rust so my windshield wouldn't leak and showed me pictures to prove the service. The associate at the counter was friendly and helpful. I can't say enough great things about them. Thank you for everything!!!

I recently had developed a minor leak at the top of my windshield that caused water o drip from my upper console. Tried to fix it with sealant but that didn't work.I took my car to Uniglass in Brantford to have it checked out.Nick and his team found the issue and replaced the windshield all in the same day!The issue was linked to a unprofessional install on the previous installation, and they showed me the pictures of the problem.I highly recommend Uniglass in Brantford for all your auto glass needs!Customer service was excellent and it was completed in a timely manor. I emailed and asked for a quote for a windshield replacement. The owner responded quickly and got me in that week. When I arrived, I also asked for them to change my windshield wipers. They replaced my windshield and wipers within three hours and it looked amazing. Great service.

UPDATE - my interior detail came back immaculate, they even washed off the outside of my suv. They were quick to find time for the full day booking. My car looks brand new. Will continue to come back for regular detail services.I took my Range Rover in when the windshield started to leak on me. They were extremely professional and made me feel very confident in their abilities to repair my car to my level of expectation. They also made me feel extremely comfortable that they had mine and my cars best interest. As a young, female with a luxury vehicle you tend to worry going into a garage that you could be mislead and taken advantage of but I never had one worry at Uniglass. I have even booked my car in for a return appointment to have it detailed.

I messaged and got in same day. Customer service was fantastic. Window looks great...still need a carwash or rain to see if any leaks, but has lifetime warranty if any problems. Highly recommend to get service at this establishment.

Great little business. Very clean shop, and professional staff. Nick was very accommodating and flexible. He even noticed an issue with out car in their system, and is taking steps to fix it on their end. Couldn't be happier with the service, I will be returning.
