Great place to pickup packages shipped to my US address so I can save money as well as taking less than 2 days to get from the states to Canada.Fast pickup times and reasonable pricing.To those wondering why your package is not being sent to Canada is probably because you must pay BEFORE so it can be sent or mailed to your location. This can be done by checking the package and clicking the truck icon (SEND TO CANADA). After paying the fee it will be sent very quickly to those who are confused or new.

If you are buying from an online retailer, you are better off taking your chances with the online retailer's broker/shipping service rather than using CBP. The package I shipped to their CBP's NY warehouse took 9 business days to process and arrive to Canada, when it only took the retailer, using standard UPS ground shipping, 3 days to ship to CBP's NY warehouse from IL. On top of it all, I paid import tariff and sales tax in full, and CBP didn't even have the courtesy to give me the import form. They are asking $10 for it, and this $10 charge is nowhere to be found on their Rates" page. You can only find it when you view the fine print under their FAQ

Missed the days where you could just call and talk to a human.Also, really difficult if you get GIFTS or RETURNS from the US; there is no invoice for that! We end up just paying excess taxes oh well.Either Canada Customs is really rigid or they are

Everything was fine until Crossborder Pickups start opening my packages and acting as CBSA to charge duties based on their system and with no receipts provided from CBSA.If a package was opened by the CBSA they would reseal the package using CBSA labeled tape. However, my packages were sealed with Crossboarder tape. Clearly these packages weren’t opened by CBSA and wonder where these ‘duty fees’ go to?If anyone has experienced the same issues be aware, they hold the packages until you paid expensive amount fees they calculated claimed as ‘duty fee’ and won’t give you any options to return the parcel to sender or release it to you.BAD EXPERIENCE.

Have been using for around 4 years to ship out and import small value things. Prices to ship out with USPS are good. No real problems, parking lot is a bit limited and tricky with customers that block the road and park under no parking/fire route sign.

Bit of a delay to get notified if a delivery in the USA. But otherwise it was good!

This place is great. I'm able to buy my stuff I can't buy in Canada. The rates are reasonable compared to other services.

The lady manager at this location was horrible.I had a skid for pickup because cross borders in US wouldn't ship to me.I then had to wait almost 2 weeks for it to go back into the system to be able to repay for the skid to be delivered via pick up instead of delivery.I get to pick it up and the lady says i owe $105 in storage fees. They counted the 2 weeks it took for CBPU to cancel the order refund the order and then allow me to create a new shipment for pickup.When explaining the story to the manager she said You can either pay for it or we will discard it and close your account with us". When I tried explaining the issue further she continued with "if you want to close you account with us I can do that right now"As someone who does approximately 500 boxes a month with them couldn't believe my ears.Worst customer service I've ever seen"
