Interior carpet cleaned, missed seats and failed to clean back passenger interior doors. When I arrived at original pick up time to retrieve my vehicle it wasn't ready. But found they had 10 vehicles outside while light drizzle was falling with all doors open & running. This is how they dry out all their vehicles! Left outside, running with heaters on blast and either all doors open or windows open for space needed on lot! No one was watching the running vehicles & I could've taken anyone of them & company would've never know! When my vehicle was ready they were missing my expensive car mats! They located front ones but my 2 runners were gone to another customer! No tagging system set up when they move the vehicles & leave mats wherever! Friendly manager & did repay me for new mats I had to repurchase days later! Took couple days later for carpets to fully dry!

I had my windows tinted and I wanted them darker and they got me back in the very next day to do them over. Exceptional high quality service, and super friendly staff. Terry is the best! I'd give 100 stars if I could! Highly recommended!!!

Been going to terry for years. He is the nicest kind of fella and does a great job. One review said he told someone to go f*** himself? If Terry said that to you then you must have said some horrible things to him. I wouldn't bring a car anywhere else to get tinted.

There aren't enough stars...Five stars are insufficient in terms of representing the exceptional outcome Terry and his crew were able to accomplish on a vehicle I was embarrassed to drop off. I asked that they do their best with what they received. To say I was delighted by the outcome would be an understatement! The car was like new inside when I picked it up just 24 hours later! Every tiny nook and cranny was gleaming! The carpets and upholstery returned to their initial condition! Nothing short of a miracle! Even the terrible smell of cigarette smoke was significantly reduced, which was amazing! There simply aren't enough stars to award for the outstanding service Terry and his crew provided!
