Hays has been the only employment agency to successfully give me what I’ve been working hard for. Nik was able to be the liaison between me and my first salary job. Currently moving into a 4 bd room house. And this is true story. Happy, satisfied, and making money to provide for my family.

This outfit contacted me out of the blue for a position. We spent a lot of time discussing it over the phone and had a great extended in-person meeting. At this time, the consultant enthusiastically promoted all of Hay's services and put me on a hyper-active mailing list which promoted their products but, they never got back to me about the position. In fact, they completely ignored my two polite inquiries. For certain, not being the right candidate for a role is part of the recruitment game. But to be treated like this? Good business should always end on a polite and courteous note and one would expect a human resource firm to be exemplary. I have had much better dealings with other Ottawa-based recruitment firms.
