Rising Wellness Reflexology

I was very excited to find Jailin when I went on the RAC website in December 2023. Since I have had reflexology treatments for many many years in southern alberta I had high expectations of professionalism and quality of treatments. Jailin has not dissappointed. She has remained professional and attentive to my healing process. Its been 4 months of almost weekly treatments and so many health concerns have been resolved and even some emotional issues. I even tried some Ear reflexology to shake things up a little. Jailin has this amazing calmness and it creates a wonderful atmosphere when having a treatment. Cant recommend her enough.

Love Jailin’s ability to hold space for me in my vulnerability and her approach of meeting my body where it is at. Had an amazing treatment to restore healing and immunity after being hospitalized and couldn’t be more thankful.

A must book! Mental Health has affected everybody in the recent years and this is such a healthy way to process what your body has experienced but you don't know how to process. Jailin is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with helping her patients navigate emotions and learn more about themselves. It was never something I knew I needed until I was welcomed into her office. Such a safe space.
