The staff here at this Service Canada location could make it easier on customers by providing consistent information on application processes such as passport application that I went for, and the length of time it takes to get it done. The administrative system is a bit faulty

Great experience at the Service Canada in Verdun. I went there this morning when they first opened. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and patient. I didn't know I had to print a form and fill it out for a passport renewal. He printed the document for me in French and then reprinted it in English because I didn't understand. He told me not to apologize and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I dunno what's the people's problem with the passport. Recently submitted without waiting all my docs in like 20 minutes. A walk-in. There was not a single person at 13pm other than me.No need to book an appointment.

Service was exceptional!The receptionist was super kind, and the agent was extremely professional and patient. She reassured me and gave me all the necessary information I needed as I was applying for a new passport. I arrived around 9 AM and there was no lineup at the reception, waited ~15 mins to see an agent and the rest of the process took about half an hour.Definitely one of the better Service Canada centres I’ve been to (if not the best).

I made an appointment at 12:15, waited 40 minutes to get a 2-minutes thing done, which was much bureaucracy involved as others complained as well. It’s a systematic problem that might never be resolved…

The passport application was so quick, I waited 15minutes overall to get the service, which is pretty good! I even received my passport before the expected time so def 5 stars. Highly recommended
