I had a very bad experience with this medical clinic and I dont recommend it.I appreciate all the efforts they are doing to have a family doctor available for the community. However, they are only giving phone calls so I made an appointment for my newborn who was having eye discharge since her family doctor was off, the pediatrician couldn't give her an appt until the following week, and the Fraser Health nurse hasn't came as of yet!. And the only suggestion from the doctor who called was to contact the family doctor again since the baby eye needs to be evaluate it in person! So what's the point of calling patients without even seeing them but charging the government for something they didn't solve at all? I did not receive any support and I'm beyond disappointed. Doctors must see patients in person, especially newborn babies we need them.
