I called The Brick on Easter Monday inquiring about a top load washing machine as my fairly recent new to me one wouldn't drain. I spoke with Maggie, she was working alone at the time I called and did her best to answer everything I needed to know in a timely manner. I went in the next day - knew she was working as I asked and purchased a machine. There were more on the truck scheduled to come today, no wait time. Easy to set up pick up, very accommodating and did not mind my busy 4 year old. This is my second major purchase from The Brick in Brandon, first was a Canadian made couch and a chair and a half approximately 8 years ago. They are still in great shape. I will be back for other big purchases!

Easy, fast, friendly service. I found a chair on clearance I lived but needed a second. They quickly found one and have it being brought in in 4 days. Will for sure consider the brick for out next purchase.

Good time shopping there. We had our 18month old baby with us and they ran everywhere, the staff was super accommodating and didn't mind the activity. Got a good deal too

Overall, I was quite impressed with the quality of service and the selection of appliances available.The customer service at the appliance store was exceptional. The staff, Veronica was friendly, approachable, and attentive to my needs. They provided guidance throughout the entire purchasing process and even offered recommendations based on their expertise. I appreciated their patience and willingness to address any concerns I had.The wide product range, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and strong warranty support made it a satisfying and hassle-free experience. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of household appliances in Brandon.Well to share one more information that an U-Haul service is available nearby this location.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Very kind and timely sales transaction with the young lady that assisted us in the purchase of a new fridge. The delivery time is also only a few days and we are very happy with that. So 5 Star rating for sure. Thanks
