My procedure went well. Place was clean and organized. Doctor and nurses were very helpful. I strongly recommend this facility.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waiting room had someone's used floss and other garbage on the floor. Table couple sheets of dust. Just gross! No one at the reception. Nurse basically practiced on my dad to find a vein to stick a needle in. Doctor performing the procedure was very rude. The worst place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. If you need colonoscopy done do yourself a favour and book at the Rudd clinic and stay away from this place.

I had to reschedule my appointment twice. Once in a month in advance due to a work matter. The second due to a death in the family. Some manager" told me to go on my trip. Zero empathy for their clients. Imagine working in the health field and talking to people like this. Disgusting behavior."

I am so blessed and pleased with the service I received during my procedure. I will continue to be referred to this location in the near future as long as it's in business.

Appreciate the support of staff and gentle nurses. Doctor explained everything before the procedure and had a short discussion about the concerns you might have. Everything went extremely smoothly. You won’t feel anything during the procedure due to sedation.Apparently most of the issues arising around the cancellation of appointments.

Their front staff (Rahila specifically) is SO rude and disrespectful. We will never return, nor do we suggest anyone else go.

Very clean place. Nurses and doctors are great. I had gastroscopy done and was amazed about the service.

I like their service . I went for colonoscopy, all staff was so good and they helped me a lot during my procedure.

I had to call and cancel an appointment with more then 72 hours notice and I was given a lecture about their cancellation policy. This is also the same clinic that let my husband leave on his own after being sedated. They made me sign a waiver that I would be picking him up, gave me a time to pick him up and dismissed him 15 mins before the scheduled time they gave me. They made him wait outside on a bench in the middle of winter with no coat (because i took it with me when they told me I couldn't wait in the waiting room and that they were responsible for personal belonging) he was frozen and confused. When i spoke to the manager she was dismissive and rude and told that I should've been there on time. Absolutely terrible
