Had many issues with the roof/gutter install and plenty of mess left behind.When my bathroom venting developed an issue I emailed them before other contractors, 2 days later I had to call to see if they had received my email and was told by the receptionist she was aware of my issue, but had done nothing with the message.Would probably use alfs or ardent next time.Edit for reply to owner:Kevin,Please do not mislead about communication, phone logs and email history do not lie.The 2 hour window a week and a half from my initial email you provided was insufficient, and only given after I had to follow up from lack of communication. By that point I had already spoken with another roofing company eager to perform the work in timely fashion.I also do not appreciate you putting words into my mouth it is extremely unprofessional, I have never said Silverline could not come onto my property, my words were I don't trust silverlines competency to perform the work".Thank you kindly for the work provided

Exposed nails they don't want to fix. They fixed the ones on the front attached garage roof but don't go on the main second story roof. I actually checked. They keep showing up when I'm at work. I can see them on the cameras here for only half hour and not using a tall ladder that can reach the main roof. Good luck tying to get warranty work out of them if it's a 2 story house. They will probably assume you won't have a tall enough ladder.

I’m very pleased with my new roof. Silver line guys were on time & very quick with doing the job. Any questions I had were quickly addressed & dealt with. This company is a pleasure to work with.

The entire process was efficient and comfortable. It was always easy to get ahold of the team and they were friendly and professional. My new roof looks great and they charged a fair and affordable price. The roofers worked quickly and always had a smile. I was initially nervous to hire roofers but I know I made the right choice.

They did my roof about a month ago and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend them to others. They also did my mother-in Laws previously and that was good too.
