Service was good. No dine in or take out, just drive through is open.Use coupons online or from the app for discounts.Dark meat takes a while to cook (20 minutes) and no spicy flavour available.Battering is thin and slightly saltier than normal KFC chickens. Overall not a great fried chicken experience but I guess there isn't a lot of competition in Cold Lake.

If your gunna say your open till 9, better be open till 9, drove a hour for kfc finger licking goodness to be turned away at 7:45pm, I deserve some explanation and maybe a 40 bucket of chicken for your greasy lies

This place sucks-i mean the cold lake location.If it's not the manager that refuses to give us certain parts of the chicken, they often forget something in the order. Watch your stuff before leaving.

Husband arrived on a Wednesday at 8:35 pm to get a bucket, fries and gravy. They said they were closing at 9:00 and had no more chicken made. Would not make us any even though they didn’t close for another 20-25 minutes. If you are not already closed, fry some chicken!!! We will never visit again or recommend them. Horrible customer service.

Was fresh and good, the chicken pieces were normal sized and fresh this time, juicy, hot and tasty, it was a nice improvement from last time when the chicken was very small pieces and so dry I couldn't swallow it without drinking after each bite.

for some time now KFC don't keep they're dinning hall open for dinner time. always the same excuses. people want to sit down for dinner after a long day of work. now my take-out looks like fries are just thrown in with my 3pc chicken meal.

I haven't had KFC in a couple of years, what a disappointment. I ordered a ten piece bucket, should be enough to feed four people you would think, boy was I wrong. The bucket was half the size of what it used to be, and the chicken pieces were reduced in size to match the bucket. I paid 30.00$ for this, at 3:00/piece and normal size chicken wings parts were bigger then most the pieces in this bucket.You are better off going to wallmart or Sobeys to pick up chicken, its cheaper, tastes good, and portions are normal size.
