ADI Global Distribution - Dartmouth

I went in there looking for some cable staples, someone asked if I needed assistance and they showed where they would be, they suggested that going to home Depot would be better place to find what I need, I have already been to home Depot and didn't find what I wanted so I thought a more specialized shop would have what I need or help come up with an alternative, I had some questions about one of their products, so I asked an employee, the person I was talking to asked the person who helped me in the first place and said buddy you're better off finding what you need somewhere else" I felt like I was not welcomed there so left and went to a different supplier"

To the guy who complained.. they're not a retail store, they're a commercial distributor. you WERE better off at Home Depot if you aren't a commercial account holder. I used to work at a branch and we simply cannot sell to a member of the public who comes in wanting to buy stuff.... On the other side of the desk now working for another company and using ADI for material for jobs, and they are very helpful and the pricing is competitive
