Dana was super-helpful and accommodating on a file of mine that had a very tight finance condition timeline. Even though he, and his team, were experiencing a high volume of requests, he was able to provide our appraisal report back before our deadline to allow our clients to make a more informed decision on their property. We had Red Deer Appraisals come do an assessment on our recreational property. We gave access to our home without us being there with the trust that all would be good. After Isabelle left, I asked if the heat/furnace was turned up in the property and I never got a response back until the next day! I am very disappointed that they visited, turned the heat on and then left. With utility prices so high and no one being at the property, I did not appreciate this. I would be careful granting access to your property without being there when they visit!!
