Hello ,I recently utilized the services of Richard Leduc plumbing to address a persistent drain clog that I haven't been able to release myself for years. I finally capitulated and called the pros. Steven Ford and his apprentice came to the rescue and they diagnosed the issue and formulated a plan to get to the block. They went the extra mile to readjust my pipe under my sink so as to get an extra 2feet of snake which was the answer to the block drain. The extra work and effort of those two feet FINALLY allowed my kitchen sink to properly drain. Both Steven and his apprentice were professional , clean and well spoken. I recommend calling the professionals at Richard Leduc and solving your plumbing issues once and for all. In my experience, great value and great service. I called several plumbers in hopes of getting the fast service. Leduc responded with the most professional manner and appointment was scheduled right next morning. The job was done quickly and flawlessly. I would definitely work with them again. Can’t give enough stars. Thank you!

Called for help on a Sunday evening on return from a fishing trip to find a pond in my basement from a clogged drainage pipe. !0 am appointment was made for next day. Service was fantastically great and they showed up at 7:30am to be finished by 9am.Great work (this was a 2nd job from them in 3 years).Cannot congratulate them enough on the professionalism, efficiency, attitude and rates.Family is happy, no more pond, and life returned to normal.Easily dealt with, will always use and refer them5 stars.

Brendan came out to fix one problem but, we ended up talking to him about another problem. He ended up fixing a main valve; something which could have caused usa much more serious problem down the line.Top notch service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks to Rosanna from Plomberie Richard Leduc, who showed a lot of empathy and helped organize prompt repair service, and to the plumber Anestis Katsampas, who effectuated the work. He was very professional and explained the repairs he did, while recommending to use some new parts and leave some old ones that were still good, while connecting a double kitchen sink and a faucet. Work was done fast and clean. Also, maintenance recommendations were given. From now , this is my plumbing service to go to, if needed. Big thanks!

I called this plumber to connect a pipe for me in the basement, even though it was extremely hard for them to come the next day they called me at 10:00 pm to ask about how I was going to pay for the service, the next day they called me three times to ask if they can come earlier than scheduled, finally the profesional plumber arrived and looked at the simple job that I needed to do he decided that it would cost me $250.00 plus material and taxes and that he would need to open my wall to do the job which of course I refused ,he proceeded to tell me how hard it was to make a job like this and he charged me $45.00 for thatthe next day I went to HOME DEPOT and spoke with one of their employees,he sold me the parts for $20.79 tax included and explained to me how to do it , which I did in 20 minutes with no problems. I am inviting the same plumber to come back so I can teach how to do it so he does not rip off other people with his lack of experience

Capable, easy to work with plumbers dispatched by Deritec inc.I have used them for 20 years znd tend to get the same plumber who remembers the address znd sometimes ask how their fix worked out, even a couple of years later.There is a minimum per-call fee of about $130. My 2021 problem was to replace a shower temperature cartridge which took about ten minutes so he looked over my water entrance (you've paid for my time so might as well use all of it. By the way

Described my problem to the plumber on phone, but instead of trying to understand the situation, was more expressing that he had never heard of my type of issue. Despite explaining my case, the plumber came unprepare, had to go back to his shop to get equipment (time is charged of course). Plumber will talk a lot, time is still charged. In the end, he only was able to temporarily solve my issue. Overpaid for something that I could have done myself if they were able to understand correctly my problem on the phone.

Totally satisfied with the service. Prompt, efficient and courteous. Yuri was the plumber. Since he was charging the standard minimum full hour for a 30 min job unclogging a drain, he spent another 30 minutes going thru my plumbing issues, suggesting improvements etc. I was very impressed.

I waited for 2 hours and the plumber never came . Called them back to see why . Then I got the plumber but he came with a attitude of not wanting to work & said no to almost everything I wanted installed . So out of the toilet , vanity and shower head I got only the toilet put in. Not to mention it was installed too far from the wall so it looks oddly placed . I was charged way too much also for the service . Won’t ever be calling them back for help
