I had a rude deer run into the side of my truck. Trudel was able to assess the damage the following day. When it came to booking an appointment it went smoothly, and wasn't months down the line. I dropped it off a day early, and with 4-5 panels needing to be replaced, I had gotten it back within a week. Pleasant to deal with! The office ladies were great, and Mike from the shop was incredible. I'm so glad to have my truck back, all pretty again! Thanks Trudel!

They did an excellent repair job and even fixed peeling peeling paint from an unrelated area. They were very good to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I was a bit annoyed that they didn't ask if I needed a ride home when I dropped off the car for repairs. The receptionist was a bit abrupt. But the owner was friendly, and the work was done perfectly, and on time, and the car was cleaned inside and out. Very nice job!

The customer service in the front is always top notch. They always answer any questions and they follow through with their repairs.The work quality from the back is exceptional to say the least, they always go the extra mile and give you an extra bit of work if there is a problem on the vehicle that isn't covered in the claim.

Just got my vehicle back from a fix at Trudel Auto Body and am beyond impressed with the service right from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition and even detailed inside and out. Will highly recommend to anyone.

Terrible service had my vehicle for a week for one small dent! Im pretty sure there in bed with sgi!!! Dont care about their costomers just care about getting sgi jobs! Go somewhere else!!

Very professional and on-time with their estimates / completion dates and no hassle and I was 100% satisfied with the autobody work they did on my truck after a deer ran into my truck on a rural road near Wadena. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as my friend recommend me this place and Lori was very helpful and accommodating and knows her SGI paperwork for sure. I will be back but hopefully not to soon as I like being accident free but you can never predict accidents as they just happen - Johnny

I Must give Lori at Trudel’s a shout out.You know how it is when you call any major corporation and you speak with more then one person , you get more then one answer … well it happened this morning with my insurance policy which covers loss of use. First person this am said coverage today , second person said no loss of use coverage at all because it was vandalism…and it was a hard NO! Lori made several phone calls on my behalf and I now have a rental ! She was amazing ! I feel in this day and age customer service has fell by the way side and she legit made me tear up with appreciation for her and her efforts on my behalf.Thank you Trudel Autobody, not only do you do great work but you have staff that cares enough to go above and beyond. This really could have been my problem but she chose to solve it for me ! ❤️❤️
