PC Paramedics: Computer Repairs

I do not believe that leaving a review on behalf of an individual who is not able to leave one herself when the review is based on first-hand information from that person, your customer, is inappropriate, let alone false or speculative.Leaving a review on behalf of my friend. Flabbergasted with the extremely poor service she received. She brought in her computer because it wasn't working correctly in the hopes PC Paramedics could get it running or failing that, retrieve her data. She got it back without the graphics card her husband had installed. Staggered by the exceptionally low quality of service and outright theft (or exceptionally grave failure of communication resulting in loss of property).Even if this was done in error (ie. internal miscommunication), she is owed a sincere apology and a full refund. She has received neither. She's not the type to leave a review and I've seen the computer with the missing hardware myself and so I felt obligated to let potential customers know what they're getting into.

Genuinely can’t say enough good things about this place. Professional, honest, fairly priced, knowledgeable, and an unbelievably quick turnaround- this is the only place I’ll trust with my devices.I dropped in on a Saturday, half hour before closing, panicked and with a dead MacBook Pro. The next business day, PC Paramedics got back to me with the issue diagnosed and parts ordered. The day after that, my laptop was fixed and ready for pickup. That’s a two-business day turnaround time. To put it in perspective, Jump+ told me they could get a DIAGNOSIS in 5-8 business days.More reasons why I’ll only go to PC Paramedics:- Cost for diagnosis, parts and labour were extremely fair & transparent throughout. Half the cost of other places.- Drop-in friendly, respectful & professional. Didn’t require unnecessary personal information. (A battery/hardware diagnosis should not require your iCloud credentials and admin access- a huge red flag for J+)- No pressure tactics or predatory pricing. When I mentioned my laptop hadn’t been backed up, he assured me that he wasn’t working with the hard drive. In comparison, J+ tried to upcharge me $120 to keep my data safe (for a power/battery issue).- Knowledgeable, willing to explain the issue & stand behind their replacement parts (battery came with a warranty).

I have felt with PC Paramedics for years now and always get timely, friendly and knowledgeable service. Thank you very much Frank!!

This is the best place to bring your PC,I honestly can say I've had my gaming pc for 8 years now, and it still runs as if it was new.Hands down, amazing place.

Excellent experience! Thank you so much. Honest advice and very knowledgeable staff. The fast turnaround on my laptop repair was amazing. I just moved here and I'm glad I checked these guys out . Will definitely be back when I have more issues in the future.

My computer had some sound and USB port issues. I brought it in to Frank and he as very prompt in getting me fixed up with new hardware and an updated version of windows. PC Paramedics has always been my local Go To Place for Great Service and Extremely Fair pricing. Thanks again for the great service.

Been here a few times, always great service. Brought my laptop yesterday for virus and had it back same day. Workks great now. They fixed my tower before to adn never had problem since always fast service and very good prices.

I recently broke the screen on my Omen laptop so I reached out to the PC paramedics, they responded to my email so quickly and were super helpful! They understood about me needing to wait to get it fixed (waiting for income) and were still super helpful during the wait. I sent my model and they let me know exactly how much it would cost, then stuck to that price! They even reached out to help get me $15 dollars off by ordering the PC part at a specific time. Super professional, I really like the shop, and my laptop screen is back and usable! Overall really great service. :)

PC Paramedics is the only place I would go.I went to them a few years ago,they told me on the phone that it would cost this amount and if not they would call.Needless to say they were right.I went and picked it up,they gave the boxes of what they put inNow I have family that are going to wrong places where they charge 50 dollars just to look at it.Took my grandsons computer there ,fix by next day at the price they say.Grabbed some cards to give to family and friends to go to a place that is honest and trustworthyIf you want good and honest work done on you computer,Go to PC Paramedics.Honest guys,great prices and you dont get taken advantage of.
