FedEx Ship Centre

FedEx attempted to delivery my package this past Thursday but no one was home so they left a door tag saying to go to the FedEx Ship Centre to pick up package. The very next day I went to go pick it up and the worker said it's out for delivery again. I asked why when the door tag had stated to come pick up at the Centre. They had no answer to that. I said if I do not receive it today, I will come pick it up the following day. I went home, no one came to deliver that night. Next day, I went back again to the Centre and they said the package had been rescanned onto the belt and is somewhere in the Facility but because the Facility is so big, they cannot pinpoint exactly where it is. Told me they will call me when they find it. Fast forward, it is now Monday and I received a call from FedEx only to tell me that my package is missing, they are unable to locate it and told me to contact the seller so they can send me a new package. FedEx website shows that there is a delay on my package and no delivery date at this time. What a mess. This is unacceptable and very poorly managed. Never had such a poor experience with deliveries from other companies.

Went early 9am and no wait in and out within 3 minutes the staff was quick and efficient in grabbing my package. Make sure you remember to bring a piece of ID to verify yourself. Great customer parking visible once entering with adequate amount of spaces.

The lady at the front desk was very professional. I think she's overqualified for what she was doing. Great service. Lots of trucks go in and out, and I and I recommend that you park in backward to get out safer when you leave.

Despite many negative reviews I would have to say I was very satisfied with the service at this location. I got there with 2 people ahead of me and I was able to pick up my package and be out of there in about 5 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly.

Worst FedEx I have ever been to in my entire LIFE.BEWARE when handing your driver's license to the workers because I had done that and they dropped it through some random crack in the table and just stared at me. They did not help in trying to recover my card I wasted 3 hours of my time waiting and in the end they only took my information to contact me the day after when they retrieve it. They never called me so I wasted time and gas went back to the location and they had taped the area done nothing since the day before and told me they would talk to the employee... I LEFT AGAIN recieved a phone call with them telling me that I have to pay for it and there's nothing they can do! They didn't want to tell me this when I was there or take any responsibility for the poor actions. What kind of service is this?! I don't find this acceptable at all. This could have been anyone's form of ID money or credit card which is a major problem. No apology was made no empathy or any type of compensation for a mistake your employee made and should be liable for. They must attempt to open the table or compensate for the company and employees negligence.Very incompetent poor customer service and problem solving skills. I will be filing a complaint. I don't suggest going to this location for any service! Will not be returning.

As a customer, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by FedEx couriers. The unprofessionalism displayed by their staff is simply unacceptable. From the start, they made fake promises, luring me in with claims of efficient and reliable deliveries. However, this turned out to be nothing more than empty words.Not only did FedEx fail to deliver on time, but they also demonstrated a careless attitude towards their responsibilities. My packages were handled haphazardly, leading to damaged items and a complete disregard for the importance of careful handling. It is disheartening to see such negligence from a renowned courier service.The repeated instances of late deliveries have caused immense inconvenience. I relied on FedEx to meet their delivery commitments, but time and time again, they have failed to do so. This lack of punctuality reflects a severe lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.

Would give negative stars if I could. What is the point of being a delivery service if you’re not gonna deliver the package? I kid you not, the driver came to the lobby, looked at the buzzer console for 5 seconds then left. Tried going down to get the package from him but he drove off immediately.The delivery ended up being rescheduled for NEXT DAY DELIVERY before 8:00PM. So the next day, I called to check on the delivery status when it reached 6:00PM and they said its not going to be delivered for the next 2-3 days.At this point i’m furious and ended up driving all the way to this location to pick it up myself.

2022 March 3★Nothing to really complain about. Go when it's not that busy and you'll get served quickly. Though despite being a large facility, this place only has 2 attendants and the customer area is relatively small.So expect a long wait if there are people in front waiting in line.Dropped off my prepaid package, was a smooth transaction and no issues.Long hours makes this convenient if there's not a line up.Free limited parking in front.

I used to think of FedEx as one of best postal services. But there is no surprise that out of that name just an Ex remained.Tonight I went to this location to pickup my Package. There was a long lineup outside due to current Covid restriction. It was freezing out there and people were waiting patiently to go inside.After 1hour I reached to the office and then half an hour later I was told my package is buried under the pile of other packages and they can not find it. So after one and half hour waiting there is no package for me!Very poor service, staff training is high encouraged.

This company is a complete joke!! They make rules and then break them so even if you do everything you are asked they do not deliver your package as PAID for. Why ask for a signature to be left and affixed to the door if you still want someone home??? Isnt that the point?? Not to mention there is no option to sign online as before not can you pick your preferred pick up location. And customer service is a complete joke.
