Had a great experience purchasing my new truck here! Carson in sales did an exceptional job and had answered all my questions along the way. Had come from out of town (GTA) to make my purchase, and wouldn’t hesitate if I had to do it again. When I arrived at Northside I was treated with the upmost respect. Leasing the vehicle was a great experience... service center so far is a big bust! Went in for a scheduled oil change and the guy says a car wash is also free so sure! An hour and a half later I am not pleased with the wait and then to find the vehicle was not washed either. So an hour and a half to change oil!

brought my car here after a very minor fender bender. the gave me a quote for 5500$! I said nope and took it to frank’s and he fixed my tie rods and did the body work for 1500$. Just trying to squeeze money out of insurance any way they can.

Excellent dealership. I drove here from Toronto to get a car. I have 50 Toyota dealerships I can buy a car from that are local, but I chose to come here due to the exceptional customer service, friendliness, patience, and willing to work with a unique customer such as myself. Carson Millar is an awesome sales rep and made the experience very smooth. Everything was done over the phone / online and literally took 30 min to pick up my car and off I went. Great people, and I will only buy my Toyota's from this place going forward. Thanks again.

Best customer service I’ve ever had…SERIOUSLY!! My 2011 truck broke down, and I was about 350 km N/W of the dealership with extremely limited cell service. I needed a replacement truck to get myself, two kids and 3 dirt bikes back home (900 km away). I found the truck online but due to poor cell servhce I could only text, voice wouldn’t really work. Dealt with Jenn who was amazing and totally understood my predicament. I was about to arrange a deal over text. I needed the truck asap, less than a 24 hour turn around AMAZING!!! and i was driving away in my tacoma. To top it all off I had to ride to the dealership on a dirt bike and Jenn arranged for ramps to get it loaded into the bed of the truck…. Literally best service every! Thank you so much Jenn and all your team at Northside!!

Not my first time dealing with them but I know cars are in demand right now and Northside Toyota attitude towards selling the cars have turned to the worst. They want to sell you paint protection option for $1000 that you don’t rally want. Managers don’t really care about replying to your email or phone. Overall performance of the the dealership is getting worst as the time goes. I am very sure it’s against law (OMVIC) to sell something that customer doesn’t want. Thank you

Great service and friendly staff. Especially John handled our paper work really well as we were from out of town. Great service would recommend this dealership to all.In Ontario the fastest way to get a hybrid vechile is from Northside toyota.
