I can't say enough good things about Frazer and his crew. Frazer was able to install new vinyl decking in 1 day as well as organize the rails to be installed which took another day. I had a beautiful new deck in less than a week. He was professional, offered good suggestions, easy to work with and made the whole experience easy. If your looking for good quality and professional craftsmanship, this is the business!

Frazer and his team just completed my deck today and all I can say is Wow! it looks amazing! The craftsmanship is exemplary. This man is a master of his craft. Very, very, good job. Frazer and his crew did a great job from quote to finish! Our deck had totally failed vinyl, and now looks brand new and better than ever. They took the time to explain the process, worked with us to pick the right product for us, and completed the install quickly and professionally. They were great on the final touches, upgrading the finishings on the deck sides and around the posts. The final product is amazing!!I highly recommend Sublime Sundecks!

Frazer gave me an estimate, not the lowest, but close. What did attract me was his ambition and sincerity. I had agreed to prepare and finish the deck, while Frazer replaced the vinyl. As it turned out I had a medical emergency, putting me in the hospital for almost a week. I explained to Frazer that I would not be able to finish the deck and if he could please do it. Frazer took the initiative did a supperb job dispite all the rain.Many, many thanks Frazer for an excellent job and releiving me of many hours of work during my recovery. A very thourough job, highly recommend Frazer and his work attributes.

Frazer did an exemplary job of lapping on new vinyl to an existing deck to make a new house extension water tight. He also went about making good of the prior installed deck and installing flashing to make it weather proof. He was able to get me out of a pinch and keep the construction going by making time for me on a weekend. Excellent workmanship, organized and was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Sublime Sundecks for new deck installations and repairs.
