Birchwood Collision

Beyond frustrated with this location. We had an mpi claim where someone had attempted to break into the vehicle and damaged the door by the window. It took 5 months to get our vehicle finally in to this location (which isn’t the issue, I understand there are a lot of claims right now). The issue has come after. We were originally told it would be 8-10 days after the parts were received to get our vehicle back. After that time had lapsed I had contacted them asking when it would be ready, they replied to me on June 8th that unfortunately it is quite a large job and will be hitting reassembly the next day and won’t be ready by the end of the week. This has already been 3 weeks. On Monday I contacted them asking when it would be ready and they said their production manager indicated that it was being finished up in paint and would be ready end of day Thursday. Now, it being Thursday, I called asking when I could pick it up. They now have indicated that “the paint job had failed due to high humidity and it will need to be rebuffed and repainted”. I asked if a courtesy car could be provided and they told me that lots of things can go wrong but they do not provide courtesy car, sorry for the inconvenience. I thought buying my vehicle from birchwood I would receive better service but in this case you will not. After we get our vehicle back I won’t be returning. Hopefully there is a good job done on it.

Not having your car available in times of need is such a stressful situation. However Ashley made my experience 1000 times better by putting my mind at ease and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. She truly showed she cared. Great customer service!!

Birchwood Collision did a wonderful job taking care of my vehicle. The service and people are great and very helpful! I will definitely be coming here if I ever need future repairs.

I worked with Blade from Birchwood BMW collision and was initially surprised that his title, or the position listed on his desk, was a luxury car collision expert.When he started asking me detailed questions about my accident, I could tell he was knowledgeable and that I was in good hands. When he set me up with a rental car he made it easy and affordable, and even had me picked up in front of the dealership, and when I was done with the car I just brought it back to the collision center and didn't have to go through the process of returning a rental car which can be tedious in time consuming.When I got the vehicle back everything was exactly how it was before the accident. When I arrived at his office to sign the documents once everything was fixed, he had all four of the documents ready for me to sign, so there was no waiting.Overall an excellent transaction. If I could recommend one thing it would be for them to get their coffee station working now that the worst parts of COVID seem to be behind us but at this point I'm just being nitpicky lolThanks to everyone at Birchwood collision for getting my car fixed up in an orderly and timely fashion

Completely and wholeheartedly disappointed with this place. I brought my car here for repairs and almost every step of the way, there were issues. First, they said our car would take 2-4 days. The second day in, they said they had missed ordering a part and that resulted in our car being there for more than a week. Secondly, once repairs were finished, there were scratches in our paint, which they refused to take responsibility for (the photos they took for their claim were taken inside their building, so that is not proof that they did not scratch it. I was fully aware of what dings were already there). In conclusion, i will never go back. Not worth the frustration and extra money.

Sent my bmw there for a collision repair, did not got my car back in promised time and when i got it back they explained that there is a lifetime warranty on repairs. While driving i found my car is pulling to right, tried to contact birchwood collision 5 times by phone call and 3 times by email never got any response.Yesterday i was changing my tires and found my brake wear sensor was cut and taped off. That’s exactly the side which they did repaired.Not impressed with the quality of repair and workmanship. Will not recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Birchwood Collision at Point West Auto Park took care of my 2018 Ford F150 which has an aluminum body. They did all the body work after a bad accident. Fantastic customer service. Great experience. Also a great warranty on their work. I would definitely use them again.

My car was towed there it sat for over 45 days outside which drained my battery. They would not admit there mistake or cover the cost. The car had only 25k on it and was perfectly fine. Mpi then stepped in charged 416 for a new battery neither the shop or mpi was willing to cover the cost. 3 months later the job was complete and after i picked up my car none of the lug nuts were torqued down and the wheel almost fell off on the way back. I am never taking my car here again and they showed very little for my car despite it being an expensive repair.

Shayna and the team did an amazing job with my car. They even made sure my car eyelashes were still intact. 100% the best place to go in winnipeg!!! Thanks everyone who helped, you did a great job. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about my wonderful experience.

I wish I could give Birchwood Collision more than five stars. They were really great to deal with. I would absolutely use them again, and have already recommended them to others. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent communication overall.
