Been looking for a vehicle to purchase for a few weeks. Saw he had a truck for sale in my price range, stopped in looked at it got the keys and after talking to the owner about the history of the vehicle. Felt really comfortable with him and excited about the fact I found Ford this truck I could buy. Said I would buy it if it drove well, was happy with the way it drove, got back and walked in saying sold! To where he said sorry this guy just bought it, who had been there the day before and had passed on the vehicle. Very very, upset with the way that was handled, I know I hadn't put money down. But who wouldn't take a vehicle for a test drive before purchasing it.

These guys are great! Brought my car in with some braking issues on Friday around noon, found the problem Monday morning, called with their assesment and an optional brake shoe clean/adjustment that I originally declined - yet they still did it for no extra cost! And it was ready to go that afternoon!Plus they have a 10% military discount, which was an added bonus. Though I only have the one experience with them, I definitely recommend to anyone in need of auto repair!

The customer service was excellent! I got an oil change as well as my bushings replaced. Service was quick and affordable. Chris, the customer service representative was fantastic from start to finish.

Completely pain-free and straightforward shop. I went there with an exhaust leak and they were honest about what a full fix would cost, and offered a temporary fix as well. I went with the temporary, since my car is old anyway and likely won't last too long and was only out $90. The fellow i talked to explained exactly what they did and why as well, which for me was new and much appreciated. I love it when professionals like them take the time to explain whats going on inside the car, my new favourite shop.

These days it’s hard to find a good old fashioned mechanic.Locally owned and operated by rod and his wife carol they are still a shop you can trust after all these years.

Brought my car into the shop and was quoted “probably $300ish”, okay. They did a complete overhaul of my car without telling me (even if it was certainly needed) and I got a call 3 days later that it’s ready, bill prepared for $1400.They left my car outside and I had to wait 20min to scrape off the ice.Next, I had to bring it back because the cruise control wasn’t working (easy fix).Next, my electronic key unlock wasn’t working. I called and they suggested it never worked (a lie) but they were happy to “take a look”. At this point, I’m not sure they’re competent and I don’t trust them and they may well be friendly people but the practices make you wonder if they’re either being sloppy with their work or taking you as a fool. Either way, I wouldn’t come back.To add reflecting owner update - you’re right, I agreed to the charge because it was probably needed. Nonetheless, where was the phone call over 3 days? Take some account my friend, that was a shock. Also the fob did work, and since this was the second mistake made, take a little accountability of your mistake. I appreciate the deal for the parts.
